Nerf Gun Fight Engagement Session / Bryanna + Tyler

Bryanna and Tyler met many years ago while working at Walmart. What started as coworkers blossomed into friendship. They took it to the next level when they discovered their mutual love for fun, adventure, and all things Disney. They wanted to embrace the spring and tall grasses for their engagement session, so we headed to Cold Water Springs and Longfellow Gardens and ended up having a Nerf gun fight.

We met at Coldwater Spring an hour before sunset. We walked through the trails and took photos near the ruins and in the tall grasses. It was May, so the trees were blooming with white flowers.

After our walk through the trails, we headed to another spot where there is tall grass. Longfellow Gardens hadn’t been planted yet, but luckily the trees were in full bloom here as well to add some colors to the background.

I asked Bryanna and Tyler what they like to do for fun, and they mentioned that they love Nerf gun fights. I hadn’t thought about Nerf guns in ages, and when they saw my eyes light up, they told me they had all their gear in the trunk. So we immediately grabbed them and went down into the field for what was an epic shoot out.

I had Bryanna and Tyler do their own battle first for photos, then I put down my camera and joined in. It was the most fun I’ve ever had on an engagement session!

Bryanna and Tyler are getting married this weekend in a Beauty and the Beast inspired Christmas wedding. I am so eager to see them again, because everything they do is infused with fun!
