Minnesota personal brand photography for The Cozy Clarks

Darcy Clark and I connected in a networking group in 2019. She is an incredible copywriter who specializes in product descriptions as well as email marketing flows. I highly recommend her.

She and her husband, Dustin, bought a new house and were in the process of fixing it up. They both love the transformation a home renovation can create. As they worked on their home, they started their own DIY home projects and style blog, The Cozy Clarks.

They were in need of personal brand photography to showcase their new brand, but also for Darcy’s copywriting business, so I went out to their new spot, The Country House, to snap some images.

It had only been a month since they had moved in, but they were fast at work working on the kitchen pantry and bedrooms.

The main floor has tons of natural light, and their kitchen is one I dream of cooking in. We started in the living room so Darcy could get a few photos of her blogging with her sweet pup, and then moved into the kitchen.

Dustin took a break from work to join Darcy in finalizing some paint samples before heading back to demo-ing the main floor bedroom closet.

They love working together and believe all homeowners have the power to create their own spaces. It just takes education, courage, and, of course, power tools.
