Ritter Farm Park Photography Session / Kailey + Nick
Ritter Farm Park Photography for Kailey and Nick’s Engagement Session.
Kailey and Nick met thanks to Nick’s sweet pup Luxi. They officially started dating in 2018 and both love golf, fitness, and, of course, dogs. Since their engagement in 2019, they’ve added a new friend to the family, Lola, who will be joining Luxi this weekend for their wedding celebration!
They wanted to include Luxi in their engagement session, so we met at Ritter Farm Park to walk the pup and watch the sunset.
Kailey and Nick have a spark that can be felt when you first meet them. They are silly, fun, and the best kind of weird. They are gorgeous humans and both know how to strike a pose, but the in-between moments were soft and sweet.
We walked to the top of the hill to enjoy the view. The clouds turned gold and pink. They laid out a blanket and sat down with Luxi and cuddled together.
The pandemic pushed Kailey and Nick’s wedding date out a few times. Their original plan was to be married on a golf course, since they are avid golfers, in August of 2020. After a few reschedules, they decided to change plans and are now celebrating at Kailey’s family cabin near Brainard.
Both Luxi and Lola will make an appearance for not only photos, but to participate in the wedding. It’s going to be a hot one, but luckily, we will be on a lake with the option to stick our feet in the water to cool down.
We are very excited to celebrate with this beautiful couple, their families, friends, and pups this weekend!
Are you also a fan of dogs? I encourage them to come to your engagement session, especially if you consider them family. Here is another engagement session where the couple brought their beautiful pups to participate in the photos –
