Pinstripes Edina Engagement Session / Sara + Todd
Sara and Todd met while working at Pinstripes in Edina. They both found each other attractive from the get go, but once they got to know each other, it became magnetic. It totally makes sense, they are both bubbly, fun, outgoing, and so kind. This place holds a special place in their story which is why they chose to start their engagement session at Pinstripes in Edina.
It was chilly on this October day, so we start outside by the fire. The sunshine was so deceiving for the cool temperature, but the fire was enough to keep us all very warm. We eventually made our way inside to play some Bocci and get a classic photo with the Pinstripes sign out front. After a quick change, we got into our cars to drive to our second location- Boom Island Park in North East, Minneapolis.
Boom Island Park is one of my favorites. The river sparkled in the sunlight beneath brown iron bridge, and the leaves were deep reds and bright oranges. The wind had picked up, and Sara’s amber curls danced around as Todd held her close. After a walk down the bridge, the sun had started to set behind the Minneapolis skyline. These two fit together so well, it was so natural for them to cuddle up in the cold. Compared to now, that day seemed pretty warm, but by the end of it, all of our fingers were frozen and we had to turn up the heat as soon as we got into our cars.
I couldn’t be happier for Sara and Todd! Sara and I go way back- we worked together at several restaurants, and I remember when Todd came into her life. He makes her so happy, and vice a versa, I’m so glad they are making it official and can’t wait to be apart it!
It was my first time at Pinstripes for an engagement session, but I’ve done a few session at Boom Island. Here they are if you are wanting more.
