Minneapolis Brand Photoshoot for Cait of Shine Method

Cait of Shine Method was in need of a Minneapolis brand photo shoot to refresh her website! The Shine Method is an approach to wellness that isn’t one size fits all, but rather customized to each client’s journey. With her background in personal training and health coaching, she creates a personalized plan that holds her clients accountable until they reach their desired health goals.

Cait started the business after her own personal experience trying to “get fit.” She struggled to figure out what to do or how to do it, and didn’t know where to start.

For months, she was on the health roller coaster and tried program after program with results that didn’t stick. So, she took it upon herself to create her own path to health, and learned everything from fitness and nutrition to phycology.

The results spoke for themselves, and she made it her mission to help other women find confidence in the gym, the kitchen, and their everyday lives.

Cait had a brand photo shoot done in the past that was outdoors, but she wanted some inside shots in a white clean space that would fit easily into her new website.

She came into the studio with her Shine Method materials to walk through with two friends. I love it when people bring friends as their clients to their brand photo shoots because they truly relax in front of the camera.

During her conversations with them, Cait smiled, laughed, and looked in the moment. Her vibe as a coach is fun and friendly, but she’s also going to hold you accountable. There were a few times where we had to tone down the happy and talk through a tougher scenario to get the photos that showed this side of her.
