Minnesota Website Photography + Brand Design / Halvorsen Sewer

Halvorsen Sewer and Drain Cleaning has served the Minneapolis area for many years. When Eric took over the company solo, he also inherited the company’s outdated website. Although most of Halvorsen Sewer’s business comes from word of mouth, Eric wanted a refreshed website so he could easily attract new, younger clientele. He reached out to us for not only website photography, but a full rebrand and new website! Since his website went live in 2019, Eric has had inquiries via his website for the first time in years!

Witt and Company took Eric through the entire brand-building process. It helped create a fresh new design, but also more focused messaging that establishes trust and connection with those who land on his website.

As she designed the framework for the website, I met Eric at home to photograph him doing his services. He had two “clients” meet him so we could show what it looks like to have Halvorsen Sewer and Drain Cleaning come into your home.

We told the story from beginning to end of interacting with Halvorsen Sewer and Drain Cleaning. Eric unpacked his truck, and we photographed all of his tools so clients could see how portable and convenient it is for him to come to your door.

Eric then went inside and did a client consultation. He is trustworthy, fair, and open with his customers, so he walked them through the paperwork and inspection for a typical service.

He then performed his most common services in the home so we could photograph what those look like and what he offers. The tools ranged in size but also in purpose. Since his customers don’t know what they are or how they look, we stayed away from the technical elements and showed Eric working in the different rooms.

After the website photography session, Kelly was able to pull the images into his new website. You can see the before and after of his website below in the videos.
