Como Zoo Engagement / Courtney + Brian

Como Zoo where they walked the sunken gardens, pressed a penny, and rode the carousel.   Since it was the date that sparked everything, they wanted to recreate it for their Como Zoo engagement session. We met out front just before the Como Zoo opened.  Courtney and Brian wore the same outfits that they met in, which was incredible considering how warm it was out.  They had met closer to fall, and were wearing sweaters and long sleeves.  They smiled and laughed a bit when the temp and humidity started to climb.  It truly was worth a little bit of sweat. Once the Como Zoo opened, we made our way inside to their favorite spot, the sunken garden.  For once, no one was around, so we took full advantage and snapped as many images as we could before others made their way in.  After our walk through the garden, Courtney and Brian were ready to change.  We stopped at the restroom, and Courtney looked over at Brian and said, “Do you have a penny?”  They press a penny whenever they go somewhere that has a machine.  They have a few from the conservatory, but figured, why not one more?  So they pressed another penny together to remind them of this second first date. Our last stop was the carousel, a favorite of theirs.  They reminisced about the first time they rode it together, and now how they always want to take a spin anytime they see it. Courtney and Brian hopped on close to each other, and were able enjoy another ride. I love it when couples make their engagement sessions special, and I feel that’s exactly what Courtney and Brian did by recreating their first date.  It was romantic, but also so much fun.  Their wedding date is set for June of 2019.  So excited to hang out with them both again on what will be a truly one of a kind wedding day.  Como Zoo Engagement Session Fountain SparklesComo Zoo Engagement Session outdoorsComo Zoo Engagement Session exteriorComo Zoo Engagement session main gardenCComo Zoo Engagement session majorie gardenCComo Zoo Engagement session majorie spring gardenComo Zoo Engagement Session Japanese GardenComo Zoo Engagement Session bonzi GardenComo Zoo Engagement Session penny pressingComo Zoo Engagement Session carouselComo Zoo Engagement Session carousel rideComo Zoo Engagement Session first date I love the Como Zoo and Conservatory for engagement sessions and weddings!  Here are a few more from this spot! https://angeladivinephotography.com/como-conservatory-engagement-session/ https://angeladivinephotography.com/como-conservatory-japanese-garden-wedding/]]>
