Profile Event Center Wedding / Sam + Cory
Sam and Cory met at a wedding. They were paired to walk down the aisle together, and that night, there was already talk about how they would one day walk down the aisle again as husband and wife. Well, it happened this past July at their Profile Event Center Wedding.
The day started at the Hilton just a few blocks from the Profile Event Center. After getting dressed, Sam and Cory exchanged love letters to read before seeing each other for the first time in a few days.
Cory was already at Prospect Park when Sam arrived. She made her way down the path and touched his shoulder. Cory turned around to see his stunning bride smiling right at him. The two took a moment to embrace, but Cory had a surprise that caught Sam’s eye.
From the other side of the park she saw a familiar furry face. She looked at Cory and said, “That looks like Murphy,” a few times. When Murphy got closer, Sam’s eyes widened, she couldn’t believe Cory surprised her with their sweet pup at the park. Murphy was elated to see his mom and dad, and after calming down, joined them for photos.
Their wedding party showed up a few moments later, followed by family. The once quiet park was now buzzing with excitement as everyone united with the bride and groom.
After photos, everyone made their way back to the Profile Event Center for the wedding ceremony. Sam and Cory hid in the back as their usher’s seated guests. Once everyone was in their seat, Cory made his way down the aisle with his parents followed by the wedding party, and finally Sam.
They kept their ceremony short and sweet. The couple shared their vows, exchanged rings, then shared a kiss for all to see. After walking back down the aisle the party began. Their families and friends socialized over drinks and passed small bites. Dinner started shortly after where toasts were made by family members and friends.
The lights dimmed and the spot light followed Sam and Cory as they made their way onto the dance floor. They held each other tight for their first dance as husband and wife, then they danced with their parents. Once the formal dances were over, the dance floor filled with their guests who wanted nothing more than to have a good time.
Sam and Cory- your wedding was a blast! Your friends and family were so fun to be around, and your energy as a couple is contagious! I am so grateful to have been apart of your big day and can not wait to hang out again at Steph and Mike’s wedding in December! So much love to you both- you truly are meant to be! Give Murph a big squeeze for me!
