Kim and Jason- 11/15/2014- Rogers, MN
Despite the snow and cold on their wedding day, Kim and Jason were able to keep each other warm, or at least it looked that way when we went outside for a few photos! Before braving the outdoors, Kim and Jason smiled and hugged as they saw each other in their wedding day duds. They both looked stunning. It wasn’t long until their families and friends arrived to celebrate. The church was gorgeous with stain glass windows and a wood altar. Their priest was witty, friendly, and welcoming, which was a perfection reflection of the couple. After the service, we headed to the Crown Room, which actually doubles as a retirement home, for the reception. Normally, I end up sitting by myself or awkwardly at table of guests for dinner. On this night however, I sat down at my assigned table and shared conversation with some amazing people. We all had so much in common, I felt at home! After a few toasts, the dancing got started. The kids were energized and excited, and literally tore up the dance floor. At one point, I witnessed a kid dragging his cousin across the floor by his pant leg. They were both smiling, and having a great time just like everyone around them. Thank you Kim and Jason for an amazing day! It was so much fun!
